// EASTER EGG APPEAL //
This is a great opportunity to be able to bless some families in our local community through your Easter egg donations. We work with other local charities in Notts and Derbys that will distribute the Easter Eggs to adults and children who have been caught up in domestic violence or who are placed in special care due to vulnerability.
We believe that this act of kindness is fulfilling the spirit of Christ likeness when Jesus said `When you do this for one of the least of these, you were doing it to me!' (Matt.25:40)
So make sure Jesus gets lots of easter eggs this year!
Thank you in anticipation of your kind generosity towards this appeal.

☕️ CRAFTS WITH A CUPPA
Join us for a relaxed time of crafting, friendship and fellowship over a cuppa!
Bring along your handicraft or craft project and enjoy creating together in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
No craft? No problem — don’t let that stop you! Come anyway, enjoy good company and share in some great conversation. Our main focus is friendship, and everyone is very welcome.
📅 When: First and third Wednesdays of the month, starting 18 March

📍 Where: Halo Coffee House, Cromford Gallery, New Horizon Christian Centre, Langley Mill NG16 3RZ
👉 Please order a drink from the Coffee House and then head upstairs to the Cromford Gallery (accessible lift and toilets are available).

Join us this Easter for our events based on the theme of “Overflow”:
2 Corinthians 4:14–15 (NIV): “Because we know that the one who raised the Lord Jesus from the dead will also raise us with Jesus and present us with you to himself. All this is for your benefit, so that the grace that is reaching more and more people may cause thanksgiving to overflow to the glory of God.”
We have services on Good Friday (April 3rd) at 6:30 PM, and special services on Easter Sunday (April 5th) at 10:00 AM & 6:30 PM.
On Easter Saturday (April 4th), we’ll beholding a Community Family Fun Day, and everyone is welcome! Bouncy castles, face painting, children’s crafts, treasure hunt, and much more…
The Halo Coffee House will be open for food and drinks throughout the day.
Integrate is a course designed to assist people to explore joining and growing their connectivity with New Horizon Church.
In a world that is increasingly segregated, the Church of Jesus Christ offers a very meaningful opportunity for people to discover an integrated community.
Our aim through Integrate is to provide informed insights into the vision, core values and beliefs of New Horizon Church, so that new people can prayerfully sense whether our Church is the right fit for them. Our Integrate concept is of different pieces of a picture fitting together to present the complete image or of various working parts functioning together to enable cohesion. This links to Ephesians 4: 16 `He makes the whole body fit together perfectly. As each part does its own special work, it helps the other parts grow, so that the whole body is healthy and growing and full of love.'
Integrate is for anyone who has begun attending New Horizon Church in the last 18 months and/or have not yet found their fit in one of our life groups.
Integrate will commence on the 15th April and will run for 10 weeks on Wednesday evenings at 7:30pm. The final Wednesday will be a buffet meal for the course attendees.
ROCKNATIONS YOUTH CONFERENCE 2026 - 30th July - 1st August
We’re excited to announce that our Youth will be heading to Rocknations Youth Conference 2026, organised by LIFE Church Bradford, from 30 July to 1 August 2026.
Rocknations is a three-day residential youth conference bringing together young people from across the UK for powerful worship, inspiring teaching and lots of fun together.
Prayer Meeting - every Tuesday between 10 - 11am
Tots Playgroup - every Wednesday during term time 10:00am - 11:30am
The Halo Coffee House is open every Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday from 10:00am - 2:00pm.
PLEASE NOTE: WE WILL BE CLOSED FOR THE DAY ON THURS FEB 26TH
The coffee house offers ethically sourced products, supplied using local business. Come along and enjoy quality refreshments in good conscience knowing that all the profits are going back into the kingdom of God.
